Winston Cigar by Dean Martin *Mad Artist

This fabulous new limited edition of a British Bulldog was released at the same time as its sister peace, called (you guessed it!): 'Churchill Cigar' - and we do hope Wishbone publishers release it as a limited edition soon!

Both paintings are clearly in celebration of all things British and perhaps the most famous Brit of the 20th Century, Sir Winston Churchill.

A relative side-on view of the dog, cigar in the mouth and eyes alert and focused on his master just to the left, who perhaps is just approaching his lead.

A vibrant and dynamic new interpretation of classic dog portraiture, Dean seems to be drawn to canines, the British Bulldog and the Frenchie for that matter!
