Date Night by Doug Hyde

The Doug Hyde St. Valentine's release is here for 2022 and he spoils us with two human characters: one in pink & one in blue, sheltering under two giant hearts!

I love the rich deep red background Doug has painted, almost velvet in texture & set against the more orangey-red of the hearts themselves.

In 2020 Doug gave us the ‘Caught Up In Love’ picture & sculpture release, a character with a bindle carrying a love heart

In 2021 he really spoiled us and gave us three releases for St Valentines day: ‘Best Mate’ & ‘Super Cutie’ pictures and 'Love You - Sculpture’.

So it only seems right that this year he returned to a more classic February 14th release featuring two people, two giant hearts and a gorgeous red backdrop - magic!
