Purchase, Availability & Pricing

To purchase from us you must be over 18. MPA reserves the right to refuse access our websites, terminate accounts, terminate transactions, remove or change content at our sole discretion. If we cancel a transaction, it will be without charge to the customer.

All Orders placed on our website will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail of the transaction. It is the customer's responsibility to check any email filters that may interfere with our communication to you.

Availability - all goods are sold subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you by telephone or email of this as soon as we possible, normally within 48 hours. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods and the transaction will be cancelled. Should you wish to choose another item of the same value this is acceptable.

Pricing and Discounts - we aim to be accurate but are subject to sudden changes in availability, discounts, human & technical error will occur from time to time. We aim to inform you as soon as possible if this happens. Prices can go up as well as down. Your options are: a full refund where you have already paid for the goods and the transaction will be cancelled or we adjust your bill and process a lower or higher fee.

 

Postage Fees

Most items are FREE Delivery for UK customers. International customers will normally be charged a delivery fee.

When a product has a delivery charge, its Price will not include the postage and packing charge - this will be an additional cost at the checkout stage. Our postage rates page is located here: Delivery Charges

 

Delivery Times

Items are usually dispatched via Courier within 7-10 working days or less, the item will also need to be signed for by the recipient.
Please advise us if you do not receive your item(s) within 7 days of placing your order so that we can trace the parcel. If we know in advance that an item will take longer than 10 working days to deliver to you, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delays occasionally take place due to circumstances beyond with our control, including Courier and/or Suppler problems and this will effect delivery times. We may also deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this.

 

Pricing

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order, plus the cost of Shipping and Handling. However, errors and omissions are excluded, therefore we reserve the right not to send an item if we make a pricing error. Sometimes we sell the same items at higher or lower prices elsewhere. We reserve our right to do this.

Privacy & Data Protection

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your address, order and payment secure and the customer must also do the same. Unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damages caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you. If we have reason to suspect that your details have been obtained fraudulently from us, we will endeavour to let you know as soon as we can.

We do not share any of your data with Third Parties for marketing purposes.

The Data Protection Act 2018 applies, as does the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679. We are a registered members of the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

We take complaints very seriously. If you feel that we really have fallen short of your expectations, please mail us through our “Contact Us” page and we will listen to what you have to say.

 

VAT - Value Added Tax (Taxes)

VAT (Taxes) is not charged to or payable on orders taken from outside the United Kingdom.

 

Customs

Any International Tax, Customs & Import Duties are not included. The customer is solely responsible for payment of any surcharges.

The contract shall be deemed to be made in England. All Contracts made between us and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising therein shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
