Never can I remember a time when we did not enjoy any kind of creativity; I look at my childhood, with a great sense of passion and looking back I realize why my love with the painting never end.
Born in the small town of Mansfield, Nottinghamshire my memory is a present before Christmas that changed my life. This is a small book of illustrations in black and white; The book is called "The Magic Painter 'and came with a brush, but not the paintings. To this day I remember the exact feeling I had when I realized that this it was very, very special indeed book, 'pint' of the site with water and the colors magically appeared - I was hooked!
Holding on to that feeling that I want others to share my astonishment at what began painting seriously. I remember having a small watercolor paint set that took worldwide. Cats, dogs and all people who were painted in the same manner simplistic, but it's colors and forms that fascinated me and my attempts often degenerated into color tour now understand that was the beginning of my artistic education. Along the way many things added to my development, a few years as surveyor gave precision, a computer programmer added a methodical approach and a graphic artist in the fashion industry to put the final piece of the puzzle together and gave me an understanding of color and Composition, so that in some small way we all helped shape my style and, in turn, my future.
Two years ago I decided to go back again seriously to painting, something that has been delegated to the hobby part time, in a couple of weeks I am concerned may have discouraged the passion was still there, brighter and stronger than before. In 2005, fulfilled a lifelong dream when I was offered the opportunity to work with Washington Verde and in the few months that I have been with them I feel my potential expansion beyond my imagination.
As I finish this paragraph sat on my desk I feel a little shiver of excitement and I look over my shoulder, on my most recent piece smile ... And I can not wait to see you!
